Introducing Our Special Collector Cup: Honoring Leon’s Triathlon

At Leon’s, we are proud to present our special collector cup, created exclusively for the triathlon supporting the U.S. Military and Veterans. This cup is not just a token; it is a tribute to the dedication, strength, and resilience of our military heroes. This year, 2024, is the creation of our first collector cup. We will be creating a new cup to add to the collection each year moving forward.

A Labor of Love and Commitment

Creating this collector cup was no small feat. It was a massive undertaking that required an enormous commitment from everyone involved. From the initial design to the final production, every step was carried out with the utmost care and precision. Our team poured their hearts and souls into this project, ensuring that each cup stands as a symbol of honor and gratitude.

Celebrating Our Heroes

This special cup embodies the spirit of the triathlon and the unwavering support for our military and veterans. It is a humble expression of our deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by these brave individuals. Every time you hold this cup, we hope it serves as a reminder of the strength and courage that defines our military community.

Thank You, Luke, for Your Support

We are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to create this collector cup and for the support of everyone who made it possible. It is through the generosity and dedication of Luke, that we can honor and uplift our military heroes with this special collector cup. Together, we are making a difference, one cup at a time.

Making America’s Most Patriotic Cup

The first video provides an overhead view of the printing press in action. You can see cups being fed onto printing mandrels, where the print is applied using rubber blankets. At the 12 o’clock position, a corona pre-treat station ensures the ink adheres properly to the cups, while a UV light at the 6 o’clock position opens and closes for each passing cup to cure and dry the ink.

The second video offers an exterior shot of the printing press. Blanks are fed into the printer from the left, and printed cups emerge on the right. The cups are counted into stacks by a photo eye, then fed into a bagger to be sleeved and packed into cases. This showcases the 32-ounce LEON’S HEROES patriotic collectors cold cup, proudly made in the USA, with an estimated release date of July 4.
